As for meme stuff, honestly, it's just emotional leverage. When it's lively, you think you're chasing a narrative, but actually you're syncing your heartbeat with the entire internet... The stop-loss I set for myself now is pretty simple: first, figure out if I'm buying "attention" or "demand" for this token. If it's just attention, then I cut losses based on time—if the hype fades, the chat groups go quiet, don't hold on stubbornly; if there's real demand (like on-chain data still rising, people haven't left), then give it a bit more room.

Recently, before and after that mainstream public chain's upgrade/maintenance, everyone was guessing whether the ecosystem would migrate. I also found it amusing: don’t listen to KOLs about migration first, look at whether there's real usage—on-chain interaction volume and transaction fee switches—people actually using it. Rumors of migration usually spread faster than the migration itself.

I personally trust data a bit more, not because the data is "more correct," but because at least it won't get me overly excited when I'm already hyped up. That's all for now.
