My health insurance went up 31% in one year.

$382 to $501 a month.
No new conditions. No extra visits. No changes on my end.
Just a letter that said “rising healthcare costs.”
$501 a month. $6,012 a year.
$6,000 deductible on top of that.
That’s $12,012 before insurance saves me a single dollar.
I am not insured.
I am pre-billed for a disaster that hasn’t happened yet and somewhere a health insurance CEO just got a $14 million bonus for charging us more while covering us less.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
