KUN Market Analysis June 3, 2026, 01:00
The current market is a weak rebound after panic, with BTC above 67,000, and the intraday low at 67,042, indicating leveraged longs are still being liquidated. Macro geopolitical risks, rumors of ETF/institutional outflows, and cooling risk appetite in the US stock market are weighing on the overall market; but some funds are rotating within XLM and AI sectors, with contract strategies only confirming positions and avoiding chasing sharp moves.
$BTC
Reference price around 67,395, short-term has been pressured down from 71,658, with 68,000 now serving as the first resistance for a rebound. Support levels at 67,000/66,500, a break below 66,500 signals continuation of the downtrend; only consider short-term longs if it reclaims 68,600, targeting 69,600/70,500, with partial profit-taking near 69,600 and a stop loss at 67,180. If the rebound fails to break 68,000, bearish outlook targets 67,000/66,500, with a stop loss at 68,850; avoid chasing longs before confirmation.
$XLM
Reference price around 0.2227, after DTCC tokenization news, some funds remain interested, but intraday has fallen from 0.2583 to about 0.215, indicating profit-taking at high levels. Support at 0.218/0.210, a break below 0.210 invalidates strong structure; only consider long positions if it recovers above 0.231, targeting 0.242/0.255, with partial profit-taking near 0.242 and a stop loss at 0.216. If 0.231 faces strong resistance, short-term shorts are preferable with targets at 0.218/0.210 and a stop loss at 0.237.
$FET
Reference price around 0.2593, AI sector is relatively resilient, but FET's intraday high at 0.2812 has fallen back, indicating more of a rotation rather than a single-sided rally. Support at 0.256/0.248, a break below 0.248 signals weakening; only consider light longs if it breaks above 0.266 with volume, targeting 0.274/0.281, with a stop loss at 0.253, and taking half profits near 0.274. If it cannot hold 0.266, waiting for a rebound to short is more prudent, with targets at 0.256/0.248 and a stop loss at 0.271.
