Kaiko acquires Amberdata to integrate digital asset data and analytics services

Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 2nd, Kaiko announced the acquisition of digital asset data and analytics provider Amberdata. After the completion of this transaction, Kaiko stated that it will form an integrated service capability covering digital asset market data, analytics, pricing, indices, and data infrastructure, and will continue to expand into the tokenized asset field.

Amberdata mainly provides derivative analysis, on-chain data, and AI-driven market intelligence tools to hedge funds, asset management firms, banks, and exchanges. Kaiko said that, combined with Amberdata and the previously acquired on-chain data infrastructure provider Cometh, its service coverage now includes over 200 exchanges, more than 20 blockchains, and over 20,000 digital assets. After the merger, both parties serve more than 260 institutional clients.
