Uniswap governance page blocks certain Tencent Cloud IP ranges; users using related VPNs may be unable to access.
ME News reports that the Uniswap governance page gov.uniswap.org has recently been inaccessible. The official statement indicates that some Tencent Cloud infrastructure IP ranges have been making extensive automated access to the page, with a frequency reaching DDoS levels. Related IP ranges have been blocked to maintain stability. VPNs using the same IP ranges will be affected; it is recommended to switch to other regions or non-Tencent Cloud nodes to restore access. The identity and motive of the attacker are unknown (source: Foresight News).
