This year's investment scene can be described as a feast of technology stocks, with many tech giants that have emerged in recent years also starting their IPO processes, achieving "successful entrepreneurship." Among many companies, I bet that SpaceX and OpenAI will complete their IPOs before 2027. The reasons are as follows:

1. SpaceX: Currently the most advanced, meeting the basic listing requirements

‌Has completed the public offering submission, with a clear IPO process‌: SpaceX officially submitted its prospectus to regulators on May 20, 2026, and plans to list on NASDAQ in June 2026‌, aiming to raise about $75 billion, with a valuation of $1.75-1.8 trillion. All core procedures have been completed, only the final listing transaction remains.

‌Widely recognized by the market, with a very high probability‌: Prediction markets estimate an 88% chance that SpaceX will go public before 2027‌, making it the most recognized among all pending IPO companies, with a strong consensus on funding expectations.

‌Meets regulatory listing requirements‌: NASDAQ has adjusted its listing rules, reducing the trading days required for inclusion in the index from 90 to 15, clearing regulatory hurdles for a quick listing of SpaceX, with no regulatory obstacles.

2. OpenAI: Core preparations completed, high certainty of listing before 2027

‌Clear listing goal, planned to go public in 2027‌: OpenAI CFO has explicitly set the listing target for 2027‌, with core internal preparations completed. The final timing will depend on revenue and market conditions, fitting the requirement to complete before 2027.

‌Filing process imminent, market expectations high‌: According to market sources, OpenAI plans to submit an IPO application as early as late 2026. Traders on the trading platform Kalshi have given a 92% probability of filing within the year, and based on review cycles, it is fully possible to complete the listing before 2027.

‌Strong support from capital‌: OpenAI will need hundreds of billions of dollars over the next few years to build AI infrastructure. Going public is the CEO's clearly preferred financing option. Core shareholders and management are aligned in pushing for the IPO, with no decisive internal disagreements.

Based on this, my betting strategy is: heavily bet on SpaceX, lightly bet on OpenAI, to prevent surprises.
