I want to ask, when everyone is using Codex for coding, how do you choose between these two options?

From my personal experience, the difference in inference speed between standard and fast doesn't seem to be very large, but the fast mode consumes twice as much.
Also, in terms of inference capability, I always choose ultra-high. Has anyone done any comparisons to share and discuss?
