I’m increasingly feeling that trading strategies really do have a connection to sleep quality. Grid/DCA strategies are like my octopus extending its tentacles—slowly picking up, able to pull back at any time—so even if you’re losing, you won’t wake up in the middle of the night and refresh the candlestick chart. One big all-in is just too thrilling; honestly, you’re using your emotions as leverage. When you win it feels great, and when you lose it’s pretty bad for your health. Recently, didn’t a whole bunch of new L1/L2 incentives come out to boost TVL? As an old user, I can empathize with the complaints about “mining, withdrawing, selling.” The moment you go all-in, it might be exactly the liquidity that someone else is withdrawing. Anyway, I’d rather make a little less now and switch to a position structure that lets me sleep, for now.
