I only note one sentence: every time I get itchy to chase a rally, I pause first, ask myself whether it's because I saw new information (preferably on-chain or cross-chain data matches up, and the bridge side isn't experiencing bad weather) pushing me to add to my position, or if it's being driven by the "ETF capital flows + US stock market risk appetite" narrative and emotional hype. In other words, I treat emotional-driven positions as noise.
