Grayscale submits revised Hyperliquid Staking ETF document, with a fee rate of 0.29%, planned to go live this week

June 2 news, Grayscale submitted an S-1 revision for the Hyperliquid Staking ETF to the SEC on Monday, planning to set the management fee of this exchange-traded fund at 0.29%, with the fund code HYPG.

It is worth noting that this fee level has a competitive advantage among similar products, lower than the related ETF products launched by Bitwise and 21Shares.

Specifically, Bitwise's BHYP product adopts a first-month free strategy, with a first-month fee rate of 0%, then adjusted to 0.34%; while 21Shares' THYP product has a fixed fee rate of 0.3%.

In comparison, the Hyperliquid Staking ETF submitted by Grayscale proposes a management fee of 0.29%, which is more attractive in terms of long-term holding costs.

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart expressed concern about this product's progress, expecting Grayscale's HYPG fund to potentially go live for trading as early as this week.

In summary, if this exchange-traded fund is successfully approved, HYPG will become the third Hyperliquid-related ETF product in the market, further enriching investors' investment options within the Hyperliquid ecosystem.
