Arla Foods and DMK Group Announce Merger Approval

Arla Foods and DMK Group announced that their merger has received all regulatory approvals and will officially take effect on June 1, 2026. The merged company will continue to be called Arla Foods, headquartered in Denmark. After the merger, the total annual milk supply will reach approximately 19.4 billion kilograms. (Cailian Press)
