Aave responded quickly; the rsETH market was frozen first. We'll wait to see if there are any bad debts or compensation plans later on.

Aave: The rsETH markets on V3 and V4 have been frozen, and potential bad debts are under assessment.
ME News reported on April 19 that Aave issued an announcement regarding the KelpDAO attack incident: The rsETH markets on Aave V3/V4 have been frozen and are currently not available for lending; Aave was not attacked, and the freeze is to assess the related vulnerabilities. After the team has finished organizing the attack, it will sort out the rsETH borrowing information on Aave and will publish details as soon as possible. If any bad debts arise, compensation will be discussed. Previously, the KelpDAO cross-chain bridge was attacked, and approximately $292 million worth of rsETH was transferred out.
