CryptoNews, Citi predicts that the tokenized securities market will grow from the current $17 billion to $5.5 trillion by 2030. The report states that stablecoins could generate nearly $1 trillion in demand for U.S. Treasuries, with tokenization enabling faster settlement, lower costs, and 24/7 trading. Citi also expects that 10% of the U.S. Treasury market and 3% of the U.S. stock market will be tokenized by 2030.
