Kelp DAO’s rsETH cross-chain bridge under Kelp DAO transferred out approximately 116,500 rsETH; related markets were frozen by Aave.
ME News Report, April 19 — The rsETH cross-chain bridge under Kelp DAO appears to have been attacked. The attacker transferred approximately 116,500 rsETH, worth about $292 million, through LayerZero-related contracts. The protocol paused the core contracts and blocked further attacks after about 46 minutes, and is investigating with LayerZero and Unichain. As a result, Aave froze the rsETH market and is assessing potential bad debt risks.
