Many people assert that the outcome of contracts is destined to zero, but I completely disagree. The crypto world has myths of getting rich quickly, as well as tragic liquidations; the difference between profit and loss has never been about market conditions, but about trading cognition and self-discipline. I have been trading in practice for over two years and 670 days, completing more than a hundred trades, with only one instance of adding to a position, relying on three stable trading strategies.

First, firmly eliminate heavy position holding and stubbornly holding through losses. The market is filled with leverage of hundreds or even thousands of times; most people only focus on high returns but ignore deadly risks. I always believe that profit and risk coexist; profits depend on market conditions, while losses depend on self-control. Never stubbornly hold against the trend or leave it to fate; I prefer to exit with small losses rather than gamble on uncertainty, fundamentally avoiding large losses.
Second, strictly adhere to position discipline and lock in profits. I trade with a fixed position size all year round, only slightly increasing positions in highly certain market conditions. Many people have unbalanced profits and losses, repeatedly losing money, mainly because of chaotic positions. Stable positions allow control over profit and loss rhythm, achieving small losses and big gains, steadily increasing trading success rate, and maintaining a long-term foothold in the market.
Finally, the core of successful trading is cultivating the mind. Market intuition and technical skills are just aids; a gambler’s mentality is the real culprit of losses. Not willing to take profits and lock in gains, or stubbornly hold through losses, will ultimately lead to complete zeroing out. When experiencing consecutive losses, review and correct mistakes promptly; if the direction is wrong, cut losses and exit immediately; patiently wait for the next opportunity, and never enter blindly.
All markets cannot escape the 80/20 rule; profits are never just luck, and losses are not simply bad luck either. Avoid trading unfamiliar market conditions; do not chase short-term gains or losses. Hone your skills, cultivate your mindset, and proceed steadily—this is the longest-lasting way to survive in the crypto world.
I only do real trading, not virtual. For friends who want to be practical, avoid pitfalls, and achieve steady profits, don’t walk alone in the dark in the crypto space.
