Wu said that IMPOSSIBLE announced the acquisition of the NFT marketplace Rarible brand and key platform assets. This acquisition does not include the RARI Foundation ecosystem, and the RARI token remains independently managed and governed by the relevant RARI Foundation entity. IMPOSSIBLE stated that it will continue to support Rarible’s artists, collectors, and community, and maintain RaribleX as the infrastructure and technology for enterprises and brands to build on-chain storefronts. IMPOSSIBLE claimed that it provides research, consulting, and capital infrastructure for emerging crypto networks, has supported over 35 projects, and helped raise more than $440 million.
