CryptoWorld News reports that NVIDIA is rolling out a new chip designed to challenge Intel’s dominance in the personal computer market. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said at the Taipei International Computer Show that starting this fall, the new RTX Spark super chip will be applied for the first time in notebooks and desktops from leading brands such as Dell Technologies and Lenovo. The product combines a microprocessor and a graphics chip. It runs on Microsoft’s Windows for ARM operating system and features a central processing unit with up to 20 computing cores and a graphics processing unit with 6,144 cores based on the Blackwell architecture, enabling it to handle large-scale AI models and high-end games more effectively. The chip design will be manufactured by TSMC using 3nm process technology.

The name "Super Chip" is chosen, and it’s extremely aggressive.
