May 28, 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed charges against Nathan Fuller, a resident of Cypress, Texas. According to the regulator, he organized a multi-million dollar cryptocurrency trading scheme and raised approximately $12.3 million from about 150 investors.


According to the SEC complaint, at least from October 2022 to mid-2024, Fuller offered investors shares in a joint investment project through Privvy Investments, LLC. He also used the trade names Privvy Investments and Gateway Digital Investments.
