Recently, my mindset has shifted a bit while testing the testnet points: at first, I just treated it as practice and a way to get familiar with the interactions; as airdrop season heated up, everyone kept saying "expectations," and I started subconsciously calculating whether it's "worth it," which is dangerous... it’s easier to get addicted.

My stop-loss for myself is very simple: first set a "cost limit," including time, Gas, and attention. For example, no more than two nights a week; if I go over, I stop; then set an "action limit," if I do the same task three times without new information, I stop. Now, the anti-fraud measures on task platforms are getting stricter, basically becoming more like clocking in at work, and I, being a bit slow, need to recognize even more: points are not assets, don’t assume you’re guaranteed to receive them. Wait until signals are stable and rules are clearer, and if you miss out, just accept it.
