I recently finally admitted one thing: I can't hold spot positions, but I always want to hold contracts, and in the end, it's mostly emotions driving the trades. Position management, to put it simply, is one sentence—allowing yourself to sleep even in the worst market conditions. If you can't do that, don't open such large positions; it's better to earn less than to risk your mindset.

Lately, everyone has been comparing RWA, US bond yields, and various on-chain "yields," and I just want to laugh: the returns look quite stable, but the risks and execution capabilities are not written on the big poster. Anyway, I've lowered my expectations now, not expecting a big turnaround, just leaving myself a fallback. When I get itchy, I try small positions for mistakes; if I mess up, I admit it. It's much more relaxed.
