After I muted the group, my mind instantly became clear, and that anxiety of “if I don’t do the tasks today, I’ll lose out” faded a bit… To put it simply, taking rewards now is starting to feel more and more like clocking in for work: the platform has a bunch of scores, account bindings, daily check-ins, and every now and then a “witch” detection, making me feel like I’m being asked to prove to the system, “I really am me.” People like me who tinker with small contracts can still get itchy and click a couple of times out of habit, but the more I look at it, the more it feels like I’m playing a game of wits with risk control.

What’s even more annoying is the on-chain sorting part. It’s not without reason that retail users complain about MEV and that validator earnings are being too lucrative. Sometimes, when you follow the process and interact, you get cut in line or sandwiched, and your score might even drop… In any case, I’m just treating it as practice for security awareness now—if I can avoid authorizations, I avoid them; if I can disconnect one fewer time, I disconnect one fewer time; and if I’m tired, then I just call it quits.
