Baoding Technology announces that the stock price has shown abnormal fluctuations, with the cumulative deviation exceeding 20% for three consecutive trading days. Clarification: The rumor about being included in NVIDIA’s supply chain certification is untrue. The company has not contacted or cooperated with NVIDIA. The copper-clad laminate is a regular product; there is no AI copper-clad laminate. High-speed copper-clad laminates M7/M9 are not sold. The copper foil mainly consists of ordinary copper foil, and the HVLP copper foil is still in the certification stage. Revenue for 2026 Q1 is approximately 100 thousand yuan. In 2025, the copper-clad laminate and copper foil business incurred losses, with a net loss of -1850.99 million yuan.
