Jamei Packaging: The tender offer period has expired, and the stock has been suspended from trading since June 1.

Mars Financial News, May 31 — Jamei Packaging (002969.SZ) announced that Suzhou Zhuoyue Hongzhi Technology Development Partnership (Limited Partnership) has issued a partial tender offer to all shareholders of the company, with an offer to purchase 233,491,406 shares, accounting for 21.26% of the company's total shares, at a tender offer price of 4.45 yuan per share. As of May 29, 2026, the tender offer period has expired. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on June 1, 2026, and will resume trading after the announcement of the tender offer results. (Company Announcement)
