#Is it really difficult for 5000U to reach 200kU?
Honestly, doubling profits is not difficult.
The hard part is not getting impatient and complacent when reaching 50kU, not impulsively going all-in at 100kU, and not getting wiped out on the way to 200kU.
The cruelest reality in the crypto world is: most people don't fail to make money, they fail to hold onto profits.
I've seen too many people who go from 5,000U to 20kU and think they've achieved enlightenment;
from 20kU to 50kU, they start blindly increasing leverage;
from 50kU to 100kU, they are convinced the bull market guarantees profits;
then a sudden market dip, and their accounts are wiped out instantly, with months of gains lost in minutes to the market.
Therefore, for small capital to turn around through compounding, the core is not about how fast you can make money, but how to survive steadily until the end.
I've always adhered to three simple iron rules:
First, the initial position must be small
With 5,000U principal, the initial position should be no more than 100U.
Don’t despise small positions; true trend opportunities won't slip away just because the position is small.
Second, only roll over profits, not the principal
Use profits to increase the position size, keeping the principal in a safe zone.
Even if you keep making mistakes, you won't return to zero overnight.
Third, double the account and lock in profits promptly
When profits double, withdraw some of the gains; if profits continue to grow, keep taking profits.
Don’t always think about squeezing out the last penny; greed is the most deadly weakness in crypto.
After all these years, I have one insight:
Small funds turn around by rolling over positions; large funds survive through risk control.
Making money depends on ability; protecting profits depends on discipline, and the market ultimately rewards those who understand discipline. $BTC $ETH
