The U.S. government reportedly plans to appeal the tariff refund ruling

Golden Finance reports that on May 31, according to U.S. sources on May 30, after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration did not have the authority to impose higher tariffs on almost all trading partners, American companies have begun receiving tariff refunds, but this process may be hindered by the Trump administration's preparations to appeal. The news states that on the 29th, the Trump administration announced plans to appeal a federal judge's ruling.
