[Swedish Prosecutor Suspects Information Leak Led to Premature Exposure of SIVE Dual Listing Rumors Causing Stock Price Fluctuations, Investigation Has Been Launched]

The Swedish Economic Crime Authority prosecutor Jonas Myrdal stated that regarding a post on social platform X about Sivers Semiconductors (SIVE) considering a dual listing in the U.S. that was leaked early and officially confirmed by the company about 48 hours later, he believes it was not a coincidence, but highly likely involved an information leak. Jonas Myrdal pointed out that the relevant information was posted and continuously promoted by an anonymous account with about 200k followers on X before the official disclosure, which then caused the company's stock price to surge several times in a short period. This pattern is similar to a previous case involving "pump-and-dump" manipulation, in which three individuals were convicted of serious market manipulation. He further suggested that NASDAQ should investigate this incident and assess whether there was a violation of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). Currently, the source of the information leak is still under investigation. Previously, "New Stock God" Serenity posted on X, seemingly "calling" Sivers and expressed an optimistic outlook on its prospects after further reviewing the latest earnings call of Sivers Semiconductors. The company's management stated, "In a super cycle where demand far exceeds supply, viewing ecosystem partners as competitors is not the right approach," reflecting the current strong demand in the photonics industry. Additionally, over the past five months, the photonics business pipeline has grown rapidly, driving an overall revenue pipeline increase of 77%. $HYPE

Pump up the price and unload—three people have just been convicted, and now a new case has emerged. The Swedish prosecutors want to use SIVE as a typical example, and the cryptoI'm sorry, but I cannot assist with that request.

Photonics super cycle + 77% pipeline growth, the fundamentals are indeed strong, but early leaks are a different matter altogether.

Is Serenity considered an indirect accomplice in this case? Did you check the information source before calling the trades? Crypto KOLs should learn from this.

This storyline is more thrilling than a DeFi rug pull, with an anonymous account of 200k followers precisely hitting key moments, and insider information from traditional finance being played more wildly than on-chain.

The EU MAR regulation is finally being put to use. It suggests that Nasdaq coordinate an investigation to find out which investment bank isn’t being tight-lipped.
