Recently, people have been talking a lot about modular blockchains. To be honest, as an end-user, the most noticeable thing for me isn't how "advanced the architecture is," but rather: whether the confirmation time and transaction fees can stay steady without fluctuating wildly. In the past, a single block could be stuck for half a day, and my emotions would fluctuate along with the market; now, if execution, data, and settlement are done separately and smoothly, at least I won't have to queue with the whole network whenever there's a hot topic.

But it can also be a bit annoying: more bridges, more layers, and I often have to think about "which layer" the money is on, and accidentally click the wrong network. Anyway, for someone like me who’s a bit slow, I just wait for wallets/apps to hide these details... For large transfers on-chain or when hot wallets on exchanges move, I see them as "smart money," but if I really follow and rush in, I’d rather not. I prefer to wait for more confirmations and more stable signals before acting.
