Abstract generation in progress

At today’s regular press conference of the Ministry of Commerce, the spokesperson said that recently, China has added 20 Japanese entities to the control list and 20 Japanese entities to the watch list. The purpose is to prevent Japan from pursuing re-militarization and nuclear armament attempts, which is entirely proper, reasonable, and lawful.

He Yadong, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, said that the Chinese government, in accordance with laws and regulations, is implementing export controls on key minerals such as rare earths, and is reviewing license applications for compliant civilian use. He added that China-Japan relations are currently facing serious difficulties, and the root cause lies in the erroneous words and actions of Japan’s Prime Minister Takashi Hayase. Responsibility lies entirely with the Japanese side.

We urge Japan to face up to the root causes of the issue, truly reflect and correct its mistakes, and create the necessary conditions for normal exchanges between China and Japan. (CCTV News)
