CoinWorld News: The Israel Defense Forces issued a statement on May 30th local time, stating that Hezbollah in Lebanon launched rocket attacks on several towns in northern Israel on that day. Some of the rockets were intercepted, some fell into open areas, and no casualties were reported. The Israeli side stated that in the early hours of the day, Hezbollah launched a "large number" of rockets toward northern Israel. One rocket exploded after falling in the town of Shomona in northern Israel, causing damage to buildings but no injuries. The remaining rockets were intercepted by Israel's air defense system.
