I find that I can't sleep not mainly because I haven't made any money, but because my paper gains haven't been locked in, or even worse: floating losses are just hanging there. To put it simply, losing a little feels like there's a small pop-up constantly reminding me "Did you do something wrong?", the more I think about it, the more alert I become; but floating profits, on the other hand, are easily mistaken by me as "not really mine yet," and my mindset becomes very slack... Recently, before and after the upgrade of that mainstream public chain, everyone has been guessing whether projects will migrate, and I also got a bit anxious, even though it has little to do with my holdings, but I just fear missing some signal. If I could only keep one habit: not checking my holdings before sleep.
