Last night before bed, I was munching on chips while browsing the blockchain, casually opening a few "social mining/points" pages. The pages are designed like check-in apps, and the more I scroll, the more it feels like I’m working overtime... To put it simply, badges look pretty, but don’t waste your time just for those points. Especially those that require you to repost daily, join groups, and follow others—ultimately, your status doesn’t get upgraded, but you end up feeling more anxious.

Recently, someone linked ETF capital flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and crypto market rises and falls in their analysis. I find it quite split: macro narratives are lively, but no one calculates your personal time cost. Anyway, I now only focus on two or three projects I genuinely want to participate in, and ignore the rest of the points. Sleep is more important.
