Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 30th, known in the market as the "New Stock God," Serenity published an article interpreting Foxconn's latest shareholder meeting information and once again expressed optimism about the AI optical communication industry chain.

According to its disclosures, Foxconn's shareholder meeting confirmed that CPO (co-packaged optical) switch products will begin shipping in the third quarter of this year, with a target shipment volume of 10k units by 2026, and plans to compete for global market leadership. Management expects related business to see faster growth next year.

Serenity specifically pointed out that the subsidiary responsible for Foxconn's advanced optical business is Xunxin Technology Holdings. It believes that as CPO products gradually ramp up, the related revenue contribution has not yet fully reflected in current financial reports and may begin to be gradually realized in the second half of the year.

Serenity stated that the demand for high-speed optical interconnects in AI data centers is rapidly increasing, and CPO is regarded as an important technological direction to solve bandwidth and power consumption bottlenecks. It believes that early deployment of key links in the optical communication industry chain may be an important opportunity to gain excess returns in the next growth cycle of AI hardware.

Previously, Serenity has publicly shared research views on AI photonics and optical communication fields multiple times and has continuously focused on related targets such as SIVE, AAOI, FOCI, and Xunxin Technology.
