Micron's wave is the "emotional roller coaster" in the semiconductor industry

Micron's trading logic is often not about "how much profit today," but about "how much imagination the market is willing to give you today." The memory chip business is best at turning the word cycle into a soap opera: when demand heats up, everyone talks about recovery; when prices soften, everyone starts discussing destocking. MU's TradFi trading is essentially betting on the turning point of the cycle, not on how stunning a quarterly report might be.

If you see Micron as an ordinary tech stock, it's easy to be scared by its volatility; but if you see it as a cyclical stock, you'll find its temperament quite straightforward: during industry prosperity, valuation and sentiment rise together; when the industry weakens, the market will mercilessly cut expectations first. The most interesting part is that MU often doesn't rise only after fundamentals fully improve, but the market detects the "possible improvement" first and starts betting early.

Therefore, MU's TradFi trading focus is not on chasing gains or cutting losses, but on monitoring four key words: inventory, prices, capital expenditure, and AI demand. Whoever confirms the cycle recovery first will gain pricing power first. For short-term traders, it’s like a talking thermometer; for medium-term investors, it’s like a patience test on whether the "recovery is real or not."#TradFi交易分享挑战
