Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 30 — U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated that the Trump administration's stance on Iran has not changed, and unless the agreement aligns with American interests, the president will not sign any deal.

Hegseth said that U.S.-Iran negotiations have made some progress, but America's core goal remains to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. He emphasized that Trump hopes to resolve issues through negotiations but will not accept agreements that harm U.S. interests.

Meanwhile, data from the prediction market Polymarket shows that traders remain cautious about reaching a comprehensive agreement in the short term. Currently, the probability of "the U.S. and Iran reaching a permanent peace agreement before May 31" is about 3%, while the probability of "reaching a permanent peace agreement before June 30" is approximately 33%.

As U.S.-Iran negotiations continue, the Middle East situation and related diplomatic developments remain key risk variables of concern for global financial markets and the crypto market.
