Taiji Industrial: Chairman Fang Tao resigns due to work adjustments

Taiji Industrial Announcement: Due to a work adjustment, the Company’s Chairman of the Board, Fang Tao, has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors, resigning from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Director, and Chairman of the Board of Directors’ Strategy and Investment Committee. The resignation becomes effective when the resignation letter is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning, Fang Tao will no longer hold any positions in the Company, and he does not hold any shares of the Company. All of the Company’s directors unanimously agreed to nominate Director and General Manager Wang Yibo to temporarily perform the duties of Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors’ Strategy and Investment Committee until a new Chairman of the Board is appointed. At the same time, the Board of Directors approved the resolution to appoint Qin Chenfei as a candidate for a non-independent director.
