Recently, I saw a bunch of "re-staking + shared security" packaged to look like LEGO blocks, with yields stacking on top of each other. Honestly, stacking until the end easily creates illusions: you think you're earning more interest, but in reality, you're just splitting the same risk into different parts and hiding it... Once the underlying layer has a problem, the chain reaction happens faster than you imagine.

I've learned my lesson now; I'd rather have less than tie my position into a dead knot. Especially those "also providing security for other chains" schemes, they sound great, but in reality, they add several paths you can't keep track of at all. I'm tired of the inflation + studio + coin price spiral in blockchain games; fundamentally, it also looks like it can keep stacking forever, but in the end, no one can escape.

Anyway, I now trust discipline more: if I don't understand it, I won't touch it. Sleeping is also considered a form of profit. If I miss out, so be it.
