The United States has, over the past few years, listed a total of 518 Bitcoin addresses on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) SDN sanctions list. These addresses have received approximately 249,814 BTC in total, sent out 239,708 BTC, and currently hold a net of about 9,306 BTC, which is approximately $707 million based on current prices.
