Ukrainian prosecutors said former police officers allegedly kidnapped a cryptocurrency entrepreneur and extorted about $2.2 million. The Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office said the pre-trial investigation is complete. The suspects have not yet been formally charged in connection with these cases.
