I realize that what I fear most is not losing money, but as soon as my account turns red, I start to imagine: Will the price keep falling? Will I miss the stop-loss point... Clearly just unrealized losses, but before bed, glancing at my positions makes my heart race immediately; conversely, unrealized gains are not as exciting, and I even think "wait a bit longer," honestly, loss aversion is really a self-hypnosis destroyer.

Recently, there's been talk about social mining, fan tokens, and the "attention is mining" concept, and I find it quite contradictory: the more attention is pulled away, the easier it is to make emotional trades, and in the end, what might be lost isn't money, but sleep and patience.

What I don't regret is... before every trade, I at least glance at the funding rate and the activity of big on-chain wallets, although I still love to rush in at the last second. Forget it, tonight I'll try not to look at the K-line.
