Senator Lummis: If missed this Congress, the crypto legislation window may be delayed until 2030

Golden Finance reports that on May 30th, Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis stated that the next significant window for digital asset legislation may not arrive until 2030. Until then, crypto developers will continue to face a lack of legal protections, and law enforcement agencies will lack effective tools to hold wrongdoers accountable.
Lummis emphasized that the Clarity Act aims to address both issues simultaneously, providing a clearer regulatory framework for the digital asset industry and equipping law enforcement with the necessary regulatory and enforcement tools.
