Wu Shuo learned that U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis posted a message saying that if the current Congress fails to advance digital asset legislation, the next legislative window may not arrive until 2030. She said that before that happens, developers will continue to lack legal protection, and law enforcement agencies will also be without tools to hold bad actors accountable. Lummis believes that the CLARITY Act can address both of these issues at the same time.
