BlockBeats News, May 30 — Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that BlackRock has recently updated its application documents for the iShares Bitcoin Premium ETF (BITA). Although the product fee rate has not yet been disclosed, the issuer is clearly still adjusting product details. He speculates that BlackRock may want to complete the product issuance before Goldman Sachs plans to launch its Bitcoin ETF, which is expected to be listed in about six weeks.

Balchunas also pointed out that BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT has reached an asset management scale of $54 billion. Even if IBIT’s size stops growing afterward and remains steady until 2030, reaching $54 billion will still set the fastest growth record in ETF history.

Balchunas stated that the capital inflow performance in the first 18 months after the listing of a Bitcoin spot ETF is "insanely" strong, setting a rare growth speed record in the ETF industry.

$540亿$ over 18 months—this growth rate is truly outrageous; traditional ETFs have been left stunned.

Maintain growth rate in 2030? That prediction is a bit conservative, isn't it?

The phrase "extremely crazy" doesn't come easily from Balchunas's mouth.
