Discovering my U.S. stock positions:
Chasing highs on the right side, making big profits
Getting trapped on the left side, earning slowly
Winning all around!
But I suddenly realize, this doesn’t seem to reflect personal ability; it’s clearly a market characteristic, and it might be phase-specific. This easily leads me to misjudge myself; in fact, it’s an elevator illusion.
Because for many years I only bought BTC and TSLA, I’ve just started researching U.S. stocks, a complete novice, with low capital utilization, so I only dare to fire a few bullets in. Currently, the overall return is lagging behind the market.
BTC has also taught us many lessons; after all these years of moving around, it’s better to hold steady. The gains from altcoins without positions are meaningless. Chasing alpha daily, tiny positions, high volatility—it's just strategic diligence.
I’m thinking, could going all-in on the NASDAQ 100 index or MAG7 beat most players?
All-in at current price
All-in on a pullback
Dollar-cost averaging all-in
Which method is best? What do you think?
