The former CEO of the bankrupt crypto lending platform Celsius, Alex Mashinsky, has filed a motion with the Southern District of New York Federal District Court seeking to overturn his 12-year sentence.

In the motion, he claims that his previous lawyer provided ineffective defense and states that some evidence was improperly influenced by law enforcement.
He also alleges in an attachment that former FTX CEO SBF attempted to "destroy Celsius" and claims that Celsius's former Chief Revenue Officer Roni Cohen-Pavon tried to carry out an "hostile takeover" of Celsius.
The court has not yet made a ruling on the motion. (Cointelegraph)
