These days, looking at on-chain data has once again "educated" me: you think you're monitoring real-time data, but often it's just that the node/RPC you're connected to hasn't caught up yet, or the indexer is still slowly updating. To put it simply, for the same transaction, someone has already seen it in the block explorer, while my interface still looks like it never happened, making me almost think I remembered it wrong.

So now I’m more relaxed about yield rates, first confirming that the data source is reliable, and not rushing to change my positions out of panic. Others are explaining price movements with ETF fund flows or US stock risk appetite, but I just glance at that and move on. It's common for information to be a few minutes late or lag behind, and panicking doesn’t help. Anyway, I focus on stability, and I won’t let the "late on-chain" data shake my mindset.
