Just now I had the urge to chase another move. Watching the candlestick chart, my heart was beating pretty fast… But for now, I’ll pause and ask myself first: Is the reason I added to my position “new information,” or am I simply being carried along by the rally? To put it plainly, those on-chain large transfers—where the funds are being moved to—have nothing to do with the thought in my head, “If I don’t get on the train now, it’ll be gone.”

Recently, I heard that a certain area is planning to raise taxes, and compliance is getting tighter while easing in other places; just like that, expectations for deposits and withdrawals change, and market sentiment can easily be dragged along by things like this. If, back then, I treated my emotions as information to add to my position, I’d mostly just be providing liquidity for other people… Anyway, I’d rather be half a beat late now; at least then I know what kind of game I’m in. That’s it for now.
