Wu learned that Texas Acting Comptroller Kelly Hancock announced the formation of the "Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Advisory Committee," responsible for advising the state government on reserve asset valuation, risk management, custody policies, and other matters. Committee members include several experts from the digital asset and investment fields, including Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark CEO Zach Bradford. The committee was established under Texas Senate Bill 21 and aims to assist in managing Texas's strategic Bitcoin reserve.
