According to Crypto界 news, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the 《2026 Key Points on Enhancing Nationwide Digital Literacy and Skills》 recently. The work plan sets out 15 priority tasks across 6 areas, aiming to improve the system for cultivating digital literacy, enhance the public’s AI literacy, and promote inclusive development through digital accessibility. Specific measures include strengthening the open provision of digital resources, broadening channels for improving digital literacy, strengthening AI-enabled education, accelerating the cultivation of AI talent, deepening the popularization and application of AI, furthering the development of an information accessibility environment, and creating public welfare projects that support digital assistance for the elderly and benefit the people.
