For example: You withdraw cash from Bank A, take the cash to deposit at Bank B, and Bank B says there's an issue with your money and refuses to accept it, then you turn around and curse Bank A. Does this logic make sense? So what exactly is going on with those outside saying "run away" or "cannot withdraw"?

One is those who haven't tried it themselves at all and are just blindly following the hype;
The other is those who transferred coins to other exchanges and got their accounts flagged by third-party risk control, then blame HTX.
