I just got a little itchy again. Seeing “to the moon” get spammed in the group made me want to add to my position. Later, I forced myself to stop for two minutes and asked myself: Did I actually get new information, or did that market’s little red-and-green signals just light up my emotions? Basically, if it’s only fear of missing out, then adding more to my position won’t even let me sleep well.

Lately, the airdrop season has been pretty much the same. The task platforms roll out anti-bot measures and point systems like they’re a whole set, and the “freebie farmers” are grinding it out like clocking in for work—yeah, it’s lively, but certainty is actually getting rarer. So I’m trying to slow down: I only pick up a bit when I can make sense of the valuation and the liquidity. If the catalyst isn’t clear, I treat it as if I didn’t see it… for now.
